Comfort & Joy Story
After adopting tri-pawed Elsa, a volunteer at Carson Shelter thought of us to help Callie (then Wynter) who was very much in need of medical supervision as she healed from her recent amputation. In addition to that, she had stitches all over her body from being hit by a car. We almost named her Frankie:) Of course we had to adopt her! It was Thanksgiving day and we put our meal on hold to go get her as we were so excited to get her in our care. She is the sweetest, most affectionate and smart dog and great playmate with Elsa and the other dogs. She makes everyone who comes to our house feel special. We are so thankful to have her everyday.
