Comfort & Joy Story
After adopting two Huskies this year we were not thinking of adopting another but we got a call from a friend that there was a Husky in a bad situation near us. Jenna's owner had died and as Jenna was 12 and in bad health, the owners son figured it would be ok to just leave her alone in a garage to live out her last days. To which we said h*&@ NO! We arrived to get her and figured we had a hospice situation on our hands. Didn't matter. We couldn't get her out of there fast enough. She was in terrible shape with multiple health issues and was also morbidly obese. We have resolved all of her health issues and she now seems to be aging in reverse. She gets more spunky every week. She could barely walk when we got her and now she can run and jump. She even plays with the other dogs. And she is so sweet and good! We are so grateful we get to have more time with her than it seemed at first.
