YES!!! In fact, the Shibas insist you have fun!!! You do NOT have to attend actual Prom in order to enter & vote in the photo contest! Winners are announced during Prom, but just because you can't attend does NOT mean you can't participate. You can also reserve-a-calendar day!

- Prom Queen
- Boot Scootin’ Booty (Put 'yer best butt forward – butts only!)
- Puffy Shirt Pirates (Themed costumes only, Groups of 2 or more allowed)
- Shiver Me Timbers! (Brrr! What makes 'ye cold? Winter, the weather, snow, ice cream/cubes, etc.)
- mARRRvelous Maties (Groups of 2 or more only)
- You Dirty Dog! (Show us 'yer sandy paws, muddy snoots, tuna filled liver lips, etc.)
- Diggin’ fer Treasure (video preferred)
- Salty Seadogs (Seniors only)
- Lads n’ Lassies (Puppies/Youngins’ only)
- The AYES Have It (Give us 'yer best side eye, whale eye, winking, etc.)
- Yo Ho Ho and a Bottle of _____! (Cheese? Bones? Fish oil? You tell us!)
Rules at a Glance:
- Shiba Inu Rescues are encouraged to participate!
- You can enter as many pets as you wish into as many categories as you wish
- Any pet can be entered (not just a Shiba!)
- The same pet can be entered into multiple categories, but, the same photo cannot be used more than once
- Photos must adhere to the category theme into which it is submitted
- One pet per category unless otherwise required
- Some categories are video preferred but not required
- You can vote for your own pet, but in the spirit of rescue, please consider voting for another pet, too
- Voting is unlimited – vote for as many entrants as you wish
