The Southern California Region of the United States Pony Clubs, Inc is dedicated to developing confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate equestrians through education, teamwork, and horsemanship. Serving both youth and adults across the region, Pony Club offers a unique, hands-on learning experience that goes far beyond riding - emphasizing horse care, safety, leadership, and personal responsibility.
With a strong focus on both mounted and unmounted education, members gain real-world skills while building character, sportsmanship, and a lifelong respect for horses. From local rallies to national opportunities like the USPC National Championships & Festival in Lexington,KY, Pony Club prepares riders of all ages not only for success in equestrian sport, but for leadership in life - while fostering loyal, dedicated advocates for the equestrian community.
Pony Club also serves as a pathway into equine careers, with many alumni pursuing veterinary medicine. Others continue their education at colleges and universities with strong equestrian programs- where their horses can continue alongside them- further strengthening the lifelong partnership between horse and rider.
