spcaLA's
2020 Friend for Life photo contest will run September 1 through September 30. Donations run programs and services including Cruelty Investigations, Disaster Animal Response Team, Violence Prevention & Humane Education and a variety of shelter services. Submit a photo of your Friend for Life (dog, cat, or "pocket pet" – hamster, rabbit, guinea pig, etc.). Vote as many times as you like, 1 vote = $1 donation to spcaLA.
Contest Winners
The highest number of votes in each category will be
spcaLA's 2020 Friend for Life (dog, cat, and "pocket pet" – hamster, rabbit, turtle, etc.). Winners will be acknowledged on our events page, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and will receive a Grand Prize Gift Basket (which includes a participation certificate, giveaway items, and more!) only available for pick up at one of our locations LA, Hawthorne, or Long Beach. All participants will be listed on our events page and receive a downloadable participation certificate.

We believe that animals, as living creatures, have value beyond economic measurement, and are entitled to legal, moral and ethical consideration and protection. spcaLA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, independently chartered organization that is not affiliated with any other "SPCA" or humane society (Tax ID 95-1738153). There is no national SPCA, parent organization, or umbrella group that provides financial support. Each SPCA and Humane Society is a completely unrelated organization.
