Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Raven from Lab Rescue of Monterey County when he was about 10 months old. We fell in love with him immediately! He was friendly and very energetic. His adoption name was “Lucky,” but he didn’t answer to it. Our family roots for the Baltimore Ravens who were, at the time of his adoption, playing the 49ers in the Super Bowl, so the name just naturally came to us.

Raven loved to play fetch and would go non-stop! In fact, we often had to tell him we were done playing; we would say “uno más” and he would pick up his ball and go inside after one more throw of the tennis ball. While Raven was very active, he also loved cuddling in bed and long rub downs.

Raven passed away in February. He was 13 years old and lived an amazing life. He filled our house and our hearts with love, and we miss him every day!
