Bailey is a playful, loving 5-month-old Labrador Retriever who has already brought new life to Chip, her 8-year-old companion. Chip now has a spring in his step thanks to Bailey’s joyful energy and constant companionship.

Friendly to everyone she meets, Bailey has a special gift for spreading happiness with her heart nose. She is training to become a VNA Hospice pet volunteer—her calm, affectionate nature makes her a perfect fit to comfort those in need.

Whether she is playing in the yard, snuggling with Chip, or gearing up for her first day of school with trainer Pluis, Bailey approaches everything with a wagging tail and open heart. She hasn’t met a single person who doesn’t adore her.

Bailey’s story is one of love, healing, and happiness—and she’s just getting started.
