Pet's Story or Bio
Joey is a rescue. He was a stud for a backyard breeder. He lived in a kennel with 25 dogs until he was rescued last September. We adopted him in November. He was a very anxious but loving dog who needed some love, affection, and stability in his life. He was not housebroken, had never gone for a walk on leash, and had rarely interacted with anyone beyond the other dogs in his kennel when he was rescued. He has really evolved into a sweet boy who has “come out of his shell” and will happily say “hello” to anyone he meets, be it human or canine!
