Tula-Belle is an energetic chocolate lab who was rescued from the San Martin Shelter. She loves going to the beach, especially Carmel where she catches waves and chases seagulls. She also likes hiking at Toro Park. She is an awesome dog! Her owners are so grateful she is a part of their lives.
