🎃 TMRS Halloween Pet Photo Contest 2025 🐾

✨ Voting is EASY, FUN, and open to EVERYONE! ✨

• Votes are $1 each (example: $5 = 5 votes, $10 = 10 votes).

• Proceeds for First, Second and Third place benefit the non-profit rescue of winner's choice. All other proceeds benefit Team Memphis Rescue & Support (TMRS) and The Rescued Pack (TRS) and directly fund the care of our rescue dogs.

• TMRS and TRS are a registered 501(c)(3) charity, making all donations tax-deductible.

• You can vote as often as you’d like. Votes can be split across multiple pets or stacked on your favorite entry.

📸 Entry Rules

• All pets are welcome! If you consider them a pet, we do too. (Humans, however, are not pets 😉).

• Pets must have been rescued, live in, or adopted from the Mid-South region (West TN, North MS, NE AR, Missouri Bootheel — or nearby areas considered “Mid-South”). Entries far outside the region may be removed.

• Pets must be in costume (more than just a collar; bandanas are okay).

• Photo must be taken in 2025.

• People and multiple pets can appear as long as one non-human pet is in costume.

🏆 Prizes & Beneficiaries

GRAND PRIZE (1st Place) : 

• All the donations on the winning photo will be transferred from Team Memphis Rescue & Support (TMRS) to the organization indicated as the beneficiary (only registered 501(c)(3) animal-related organizations within the U.S.).

• That’s not all — the Grand Prize winner will also be featured on our website from October 31 to November 15! 🌟

2nd Place Prize:

50% of the proceeds from the 2nd Place photo will go to the 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization listed as the beneficiary.
Example: If the 2nd Place photo receives 1,000 votes, the designated nonprofit will receive $500.

3rd Place Prize:

30% of the proceeds from the 3rd Place photo will go to the 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization listed as the beneficiary.
Example: If the 3rd Place photo receives 500 votes, the designated nonprofit will receive $150.

This choice of beneficiary must be declared at entry and cannot be changed once winners are announced.

Notes:

TMRS and The Rescued Pack (TRP) will not be listed as beneficiaries of photos. (Our dogs can enter, but 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize funds will go to other eligible nonprofits.)

TMRS covers all hosting fees — no deductions will be taken from prize funds.
This ensures 100% of all contest proceeds go directly to the selected charitable organizations. 🐾

📅 Key Dates

• Entry Opens: October 5, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST

• Entry Deadline: October 16, 2025 at 9:00 PM CST

• Voting Opens: October 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM CST

• Voting Closes: October 30, 2025 at 8:00 PM CST

Voting will be live and visible in real time through a trusted third-party host.

• Pet’s Name

• City & State of residence

• Rescue Organization/Shelter sponsoring the pet (or N/A for personal pets)

• The 501(c)(3) animal-related organization you’d like to benefit if your pet wins

Once entered, you’ll receive a unique link to share so friends and family can vote. ✅ Please confirm your entry was received by checking your listing on the contest site.
