Your Pet's Rescue Story
Our family was searching for a dog & a rescue friend directed me to a picture of a scared, white dog at our local shelter. Apparently, she had been a puppy mill Momma, having approx 3-4 litters in her short two yrs of life. Then they dumped her! She was malnourished, had worms & developed kennel cough at the shelter. We were finally able to bring her home after Memorial Day, thus we named her Lady Liberty, as she had finally found her freedom! It took Libby a bit of time to grow accustomed to all the luxuries she now has, but she has fit in well & is now thriving. Libby has brought us so much joy & laughter to our home. I’m really not sure who saved who. But she is truly my best friend! ❤️
