Your Pet's Rescue Story
Kimber was a Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue. She arrived in my house as a trial to make sure she and my cat "Killer" got along. That was March 2011 and she never left. Kimber was either horribly neglected or abused. Took about 4 months before she would let me hug her. Took awhile before she would let anyone other then me approach her. Now she is the life of the party. She loves being rubbed on by anyone and if you stop, she will politely put her muzzle in your hand and want more. Most amazing dog I have ever owned and very intelligent. She turned 9 in March and she is still very active. She runs the trails at Little Cypress Creek Preserve on weekends like she is a pup. She is my baby and I can't imagine life without her.
