Louie is a TAP alumn! His mom was rescued and adopted before knowing she was pregnant with a litter. TAP’s awesome network of fosters fostered his mom and his siblings after they were born and until they were adopted into their own loving homes. Louie loves to play fetch, the beach, giving big kisses and any and all human friends. But his most favorite place is the park like in this photo!
