Meet Hugs, the dog who gives hugs.

Rescued from ESLR, a hoarding case in Ensenada, his story didn’t get easier. After breaking three of his legs, Hugs had to learn how to heal and trust again. And he did, with nothing but love.

He was my foster, and my soul dog Reina’s best friend. After losing her, he stayed.

Now, he gently wraps his paws around people, making everyone he meets feel safe and seen. He’s also my partner in my dog walking business, helping other dogs build confidence with his calm, steady energy.

After everything, Hugs still chooses love.
And somehow, he makes sure I do too.
