Mercy Bear started retrieving tennis balls very early in his puppy hood.

He entertains himself by gathering all three in his mouth and then dropping them, only to retrieve them all over again as they roll around the house. He also has such funny facial expressions and charming, gentle personality.

This photo of Mercy Bear earned top voting cover model honors for the McCook Humane Society 2017 calendar. Every former calendar cover model is automatically entered in the next years calendar contest for being such a huge supporter of our southwest, Nebraska animal shelter "Hall of Fame Winners Circle."
