Why is Your Pet "Rescued (or Stray) and Notorious"?
Jasper first appeared outside in February of 2012. My neighbor alerted me to his presence- they thought my indoor orange tabby cat Leo had escaped! I believed Jasper belonged to someone because he was so friendly. I took him in and searched for his owners. After several weeks with no success, Jasper simply became mine.

This smarty cat learned how to open up my refrigerator and freezer doors, then rummage through their contents, ripping open bags, and tossing things out! I had to put a lock on the refrigerator, which frustrated him very much.

He is a very friendly cat that purrs loudly and likes everyone he meets. He even enjoys having his ears cleaned by my dog and the other cats! One of his favorite things to do is drink out of my water glasses! He will turn his nose up to other beverages, but he loves the fresh ice-cold water.

Now that Jasper is the oldest cat I have, he is notorious for being the boss! The other cats like to follow him around, and Jasper will put them in their place when he gets annoyed. This notorious boy is precious to me, and I’m blessed to have him as part of my family.
