Why is Your Pet "Rescued (or Stray) and Extraordinary"?
Aubri is extraordinary for so many reasons. She was rescued from an Amish puppy mill through Wags Rescue, and from the moment we saw her, we fell in love. She was smart enough to win my wife Charlene over first with a kiss! That tiny puppy we brought home has grown into an 80-pound bundle of love and personality.

Aubri is smart, loving, intuitive, and delightfully mischievous. She is our true fur baby and one of a kind. She’s never met a food she didn’t like and has the appetite to prove it.

We originally got Aubri as a comfort animal, and her ability to provide comfort is her most extraordinary quality. My wife is an ovarian cancer survivor, so Aubri’s role in our lives is deeply meaningful. She goes to the dental office every day with Charlene, where she brings joy and calm to everyone she meets. She’s remarkably good at reading emotions.

Aubri loves car rides and sticking her head out the window, and she has more toys than Toys “R” Us ever did. Once, at Home Depot, she saw a sign that said “Please Touch,” and it was almost like she could read, because she went right up and touched it.

She’s also a proud Eagles fan, just like her parents. And although Charlene once swore there would be “no dogs on the bed or couch,” Aubri quickly changed that. Now she sleeps in bed with us and sprawls across the couch, keeping us flexible in every way. Charlene often says she never thought she could love an animal this much.

We are so thankful to Wags for bringing us Aubri. She fills our lives with laughter and comfort every single day. She is truly extraordinary.
