Rules

All dog breeds welcome!
Multiple animals and people are allowed in one photo.
Entries can include pets that have passed away.
Entry fee is $10 for each submission.
Contest opens for entries and votes on Friday, April 6th, 2018, at 8:00am.
Contest closes for entries and votes on Friday, May 18, 2018, at 3:00pm.
Photos must be high resolution for printing purpose (5 MB/300dpi), clear and in-focus, and have no pixilation.
Have fun with it and feel free to get creative, but please be sure that your photo depicts a safe environment for your pet.
Contest participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit the photos being entered in the contest. Photos with copyrights must receive the express consent of the owner of the copyright for usage rights in this photo contest. If photos include pets not owned by the person entering the photo, the entrant must receive written permission from the pet's owner for usage in the contest.
By submitting to the contest, you affirm that you are the photographer or have been given unrestricted use permission by the photographer to include the photo. Once entered, you grant TUPB permission to use your photo and story submissions at our discretion for use in print and marketing purposes, in any and all media and without any fee or other form of compensation.
Photo credits may be specified in the entry form. Entries (including non-winning entries) may be selected for promotional purposes. Entries will not be used by TUPB in any manner for sale.
In the event that ownership of any photograph submitted to TUPB is contested in any manner, TUPB may discontinue use of the photograph. TUPB reserves the right to decline publication of any photograph for any reason. Should this happen, we will notify you and, if an appropriate replacement can not be obtained, refund your entry fee if desired.
TUPB has final approval on all photos submitted and reserves the right to replace a photograph to overcome production issues.

Voting

Online voting begins as soon as the photo is registered and ends May 18th at 3 p.m. EST.
Votes are $1 each and you must cast a minimum of five votes at a time for a minimum charge of $5.
You can vote as often as you would like and donate as much as you want! After all this is first and foremost a fundraiser to raise money for deserving projects that create second chances and help dogs in need!
All money donated is tax deductible. The Unexpected Pit Bull is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization.
You are welcome and even encouraged to vote for your own photo.
You will also have the opportunity to pre-order your very own calendar for $25 per shipped calendar.
