Official Rules ("Official Rules")

Tired Dog Rescue 2021 Fabulous Fur Babies Calendar Photo Contest (the "Contest")

By submitting an entry, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.

The Contest begins September 1, 2020 12:00 a.m. US Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends October 15, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT. Entries and votes will be accepted during this time frame.


The contest is open only to individuals who have reached age 18 by the date the Contest begins and who reside in the United States. Board members of the Sponsor, are eligible to enter the contest but are not eligible to win a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place prizes.  They can win weekly contest prizes. CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.


Each entry consists of a single photograph (the "Submission") submitted to Sponsor via GoGo Photo Contest http://www.gogophotocontest.com/tireddogrescue

There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Each Submission must comply with the following requirements (the "Submission Requirements"):

Only pet photographs will be accepted as entries. No people should be included in a submission photograph.

The entrant must be the legal owner of the pet and the photograph or have permission to use the photograph for this contest.

Each Submission must be the submitting entrant's own, produced photograph, and may not feature any material owned or controlled by third parties (unless the entrant can provide written documentation of permission to use any materials owned by a third party).

Each Submission must not violate or infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

Submissions must be in digital format. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this Contest. All digital files must be less than 10 megabytes and must be in JPEG/.jpg format.

If requested, the entrant must be able to provide a version of the photograph in the Submission that has a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 9x12" (for full-page images).

The Submission must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.


The Contest will be judged via the GoGo Photo Contest website and Tired Dog Rescue Fabulous Fur Babies page via online voting. The photograph submissions with the highest vote counts will be the grand prize winners.

Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If despite reasonable efforts, a potential prize winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, such potential prize winner may forfeit the applicable prize and an alternate prize winner may be selected. If any potential prize winner has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the applicable prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. In the event of a tie, both entrants will be entered into a random drawing by the sponsors to determine the winner of the tie.

Potential winners shall be required to sign and return within seven (7) days following an attempted notification, all required permissions and releases and licenses (granting the Sponsor the right to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the Submission) for the Submission in a form and substance determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Failure to execute and deliver any required documents to the Sponsor by the specified deadline may result in disqualification from the Contest, and selection of an alternate potential winner. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes.


Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of entrant hereunder.


By participating in the Contest, each entrant irrevocably and unconditionally grants the Sponsor and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such entrant's name, photograph, statements, and any other personal characteristics they provide, in any and all media for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, without further compensation, and each entrant and/or prize winner hereby releases the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto.


Entrants agree that the Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for, and is hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance and/or use of any prize.


Each entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between the entrant and the Sponsor is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship and that the entrant's decision to provide the entrant's Submission to Sponsor for purposes of the Contest does not place the Sponsor in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public with regard to elements of the entrant's Submission. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that such entrant will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of the Sponsor's use of any such similar or identical material. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor does not now and shall not have in the future any duty or liability, direct or indirect, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of the copyright in and to the Submission.


ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.


Winners' names will be available online at www.tireddogrescue.com on November 25, 2020.
