Your Pet's Story
I rescued Lucy from the Wake County Animal Shelter back in 2010. I came to the shelter to get another dog, but one look into her sweet beagle eyes and I knew she was the one. We aren't sure of her age, but guess she's around 12. My husband and I adopted Ricky (formerly Frankie) from Triangle Beagle Rescue in 2011 and Lucy and Ricky (The Ricardos) quickly became inseparable. We are also unsure of Ricky's age, but guess he's around 7 or 8. The Ricardos love snuggling on big pillows, exploring new scents outside and playing with their beagle cousin at my parents' house.
