We started fostering beagles through TBR in January 2014 and Eli was the second foster beagle to come to us. It was pretty quickly clear that he'd never lived inside or with any rules or boundaries - everything has been a crazy little adventure with Eli. He has slowly become a part of our family, and recently we decided we couldn't let him leave us - so we've signed the adoption papers and made his stay permanent. Welcome to the family, Eli!
