Pet's Story
Hope was found tied up with a light cord in an abandoned and deteriorated house. She was starved and was skin and bones when found. Florida Urgent Rescue (FUR) was able to earn her trust and she was brought into a local shelter to start recovering.
Hope spent a couple years in and out of an animal shelter as finding a foster or adopter was challenging due to her being dog and human selective.
Hope was really able to take her time and decompress when she came into my life as a foster. I have now had her over three years and we have done a lot of different training, mainly focusing on positive reinforcement.
Hope has really flourished and is living her best life along with overcoming some of the things that have really scared her.
