Pet's Story
Linkin (as in Linkin Park, the band) is the sweetest 140 lb. house hippo who wouldn't hurt a fly. He is an Italian Mastiff (Cane Corso) who serves as the office window watcher for all the passer-byers while I'm working (which is what he is doing in this photo). If he doesn't get his daily walk, he pouts with his lower lip exposed. He came into our house with two other dogs, who have since passed of old age. However, he had an extremely strong connection with our most senior dog Dottie. He's an old soul in a young dogs body. He communicates with his big nose and 'boops' things he doesn't like including the temperature and air flow of the floor heater. His personality and character is that of an old man. All he needs is a rocking chair, and he would be quite content!
