We love seeing the photos of all the adorable pets. Now it’s time to cast your votes and determine who the winners will be!

Vote between February 16 and February 27, 2026. Votes are $1 each (with a $5 minimum). All donations and proceeds will fund UHCCF grants for kids nationwide to help their families cover medical expenses.

To easily vote for multiple pets, create an account and set up a vote bank using any major debit or credit card. To cast votes, click "View Entries and Vote", select each pet you wish to vote for, and select “Use Votes” as your payment method.

This year we introduced special categories to help find that perfect pet photo!
1) Dogs
2) Cats
3) Beyond Cats & Dogs

Each category will have its own prize structure, as well as a prize for the Overall Winner. Winners will be determined by the number of votes received (dollars raised)

Overall Winner
Overall Winner: $ 2,000 Visa Gift Card

Winners in each category:
First Place: $500 Visa Gift Card
Second Place: $200 Visa Gift Card
Third Place: $100 Visa Gift Card

In addition, the first 25 entrants to raise $200 will receive a UHCCF branded Pet Grooming Glove and the first 10 entrants to raise $500 will receive a UHCCF branded Pet Accessory Bag.
