Pet's Story
Meet Blue Porkchop, a 4‑year‑old Old English Bulldog with the biggest heart, the wiggliest butt, and absolutely no understanding of personal space. Blue joined our family at just 2 months old, and from the moment he waddled through the door, he has been everyone’s best friend.
If you were step into our home, walk past us at the dog park, or just be in a car next to ours, you'll be greeted by his full‑body wiggle, something between a dance, a vibration, and pure joy. And he will absolutely try to climb into your lap… even though he is 80 pounds of solid bulldog determination.
Blue is sweet, stubborn, dramatic, and endlessly entertaining. In 2025, and so far into 2026, he has certainly kept us on our toes. In fact, he’s been to the vet so often they practically they gave him room #1 and no longer ask what his phone number is. I keep telling him, “If you’re so scared of the vet, stop doing things that get you sent there!” But Blue Porkchop has his own ways of living life… which apparently include questionable decisions and surprise vet visits.
He destroys every toy we give him, snores louder than a freight train, and has mood swings that make his mom look like an absolute angel. But through every funny moment, every heart attack inducing adventure, and every cuddle where he flops all of his weight directly on top of us, Blue Porkchop brings love, laughter, and warmth to our home every single day.
