Pepper was adopted from the Delta County Animal Shelter two years ago. I thought I was getting a short haired cat but was told he was a stray and it looks like he may have had to be shaved. As time went by, his hair got longer, longer, and wilder. I sometimes call him Dracula due to his long fangs, which he likes to rub on everything, including me! He is a little unusual but has lots of character and is a nice boy.

UPAWS is a wonderful, caring facility that gives a temporary home and helps find permanent homes for animals in need who otherwise might be euthanized.
Pepper is very quirky and his photo is a good example of his personality. He always seems to be in his own little feline world, not always aware of what is going on around him.
