The submission deadline is 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, May 15, 2023 to 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 30, 2023.
- Each entry is a Donation of $10.
- Any number of animals may be in a photo (no people, please).
- No limit to the number of entries
- All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos.
- All photos entered must be your own, we cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
- Only digital entries in .jpg or .png format will be considered.
- All submissions must be of good digital quality to retain detail when enlarged.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of Gogo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
- Photos become the property of UPAWS and may be used and/or altered for the 2024 calendar and for other marketing/fundraising efforts.
- UPAWS reserves the right to reject any images or captions deemed inappropriate by staff or those that do not align with our standards of care.
Contest/Voting Rules:
- Voting will begin at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, July 1, 2023 and end at 9:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 31, 2023.
- Each vote costs $1. There is no limit to the number of votes a person may cast or the number of times a person may vote.
- All donations from voting are non-refundable. Voting and other donations must be made through the online contest page, which is a secured site for money transactions.
- Only VOTES (donations) completed on the GoGoPhoto site are valid for voting. If you complete any donation process elsewhere – it does not count toward votes.
- The automatic response confirming your donation to UPAWS is your tax receipt. Please save it for your records.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulation under the supervision of GOGO Photo Contest whose decisions are final and binding.
- All photos that receive at least 5 votes are guaranteed to be included in the calendar on either the cover, a month spread, or a collage page.
- If you've reserved a day and your photo lands in the top 12, your winning photo will appear as the featured photo for the month, and we will contact you via email to acquire a second photo of your pet to use in your chosen day's location.
