Estrella was dumped at the shelter door in June 2014. She appeared to have been hit by a car and was paralyzed in her hind legs. The amazing care and love from the staff at VHS helped her recover from her injuries. She became our foster-fail that summer. She now enjoys the city life in Washington, DC, running, swimming and sunbathing.
