Someone else rescued Mona emaciated on the street in Villa Borinquen almost 13 years ago. They don't live here full time so they looked around for a furever home and were told I wanted a dog. I was always a cat person. but fell in love with Mona right away although I kept telling everyone she was my "tester dog". 13 years later, here we are. She's the love of my life and always down for the beach, a ride or an adventure.
