As a kitten, Twisty lived outdoors with his mom and siblings. When he was about eight weeks old, his siblings started to be taken by predators. So we adopted him, and later had him neutered by the local Mendocino Coast Humane Society. The day after we got Twisty, we adopted a kitten his age from the Humane Society, so he would have a playmate. They are brothers now.
