Join us in our first second annual Contest to decide the “Chosen” Boat to be used on the Savannah Boat Parade of Lights 22nd Annual “Parade T-Shirts”!
What an exciting time for these talented children! Again, this year, Savannah Boat Parade of Lights has joined forces with Greenbriar Children’s Center for our fabulous fundraiser. As part of these efforts, we have asked Greenbriar for help designing our t-shirts. Several students have offered their rendition of a “Boat” in the Holiday Parade!
YOU… will be choosing the final design!!! The designs have been submitted… And… For a mere DOLLAR PER VOTE, you can not only help determine the “Boat” to be used, BUT… All the proceeds from this vote will go directly to Greenbriar Children’s Center, a wonderful organization that has supported children and their families in the Savannah area for over 70 years!
With the opportunity to be seen by thousands of people, this is a very proud time for all participants and their families! Each of these amazing children will be recognized and rewarded.
Prizes
All participants in the contest will receive Parade T-shirts with the “chosen” design printed on them, and Certificates of Appreciation. The Artist of the “Chosen” Design will be granted a Surprise Gift, and their design proudly displayed on the parade t-shirts for years to come!

Join us… One and ALL… Saturday, November 25th, 2023 for the 22nd Annual FREE Savannah Boat Parade of Lights. This 20-year tradition has been enjoyed by generations of locals and visitors alike. The Savannah Boat Parade of Lights has been a great benefit to the charities it has contributed to!
This year we are partnering with Greenbriar Children’s Center, an amazing organization which has been helping children in need in Savannah since 1949! We will be donating proceeds raised by the parade to the Center, and this year… A very special treat… The Greenbriar children will be designing our parade t-shirts! Enjoy the Crafty, Fun, Creative, Whimsically decorated vessels that these Captains and their Crews work so diligently on! Cheer them on as they volunteer their time and efforts to ring in the Holiday Season!
