Adopted from Rochester Animal Services to be a companion for my other dog. I fell for this giant beauty with her gorgeous black and silver coat. I couldnt believe no one was missing her. Little did I know this girl would be my angel. She immediately showed us what a gentle, loving girl she was. Always checking in and offering her big teddy bear hug right when you need it most. She has been my comfort when I had some heartbreaking moments. She just gently sits down infront of me offering me the soft, safe place I need to just wrap my arms around her and hold on. She patiently gives me time to work through whatever I am dealing with whether it's a bad panic attack, feeling of anxiety, or just feeling down. Shes our quiet support and always connected. She also offers security with her guardian breed tendencies, looking out for her family but also loving everyone she meets. She is the epitome of a guardian and knows instinctively when she needs to be serious. The rest of the time she is fun loving, goofy and all heart. I couldn't ask for a better TOP DOG than her. Proof that shelter dogs have so many gifts to offer.
