Hi, I'm Stella!

I’m a proud Verona Street Animal Society alum with floppy ears and a newfound love for life that’s pretty hard to miss. I’m the kind of girl who likes to take her time and get comfy before fully revealing just how charming I can be.

My mom met me while she was volunteering at Verona Street, and honestly… I knew what I was doing. One look, a little tail wag, my love-bug energy, and she was instantly smitten. Back then, my name was Wendy, but my humans renamed me Stella to honor how Verona Street helped me get my groove back.

Now let’s talk about my zoomies. When they hit, my humans laugh, but for me it’s a full-body experience. I have so much joy I can’t contain it. I go airborne, sprint across the couch or yard, and make it my mission to recruit my sister (and any nearby furry friends) for immediate playtime. I also take my role as squirrel patrol officer very seriously. When I’m off duty, you’ll find me exactly where I belong: cuddled up with my family.

I pay close attention to the world around me, look to my big sister and my humans for guidance, and do my very best to listen and learn along the way.
