Today, Picasso enjoys playtime with other dogs, positive interactions with staff, and visits with families, including children. He shines most with older, dog-savvy kids who respect boundaries and communication.

After forming a deep bond with his foster sister Hailey and experiencing her recent loss after a series of serious health complications, Picasso has continued to grow with resilience, emotional awareness, and a gentle spirit.

Picasso is proof of what patience, compassion, and second chances can create. He’s ready to meet his forever family and keep moving forward.
