Wadena County Humane Society 2022 Calendar Contest

Show off your best friend in 2022!
Welcome to the Wadena County Humane Society 2022 Pet Calendar Photo Contest!
Do you have a photogenic feline? A picturesque pup? Think your pet is picture-perfect? This is your chance to show off your adopted animal friends! Submit your pet's photo to the Wadena County Humane Society 2022 Pet Calendar Photo Contest and get the most votes to win a featured spot in the coveted 2022 WCHS Calendar! Each vote is only $1 and 100% of the proceeds will be used to help homeless animals at the Wadena County Humane Society. It costs $5 to enter, and you can enter as many photos as you like. This photo fundraiser is a great way to celebrate your best friend, while supporting the important work done by WCHS.

Enter your favorite photo of your cat or pup to win a coveted spot in the 2022 WCHS Calendar. This year's top 12 picks will be featured inside the WCHS calendar! And there's more: The top vote earner will be on the cover of the calendar!

Your cat or dog must be a WCHS alum to enter, however see below how all cats and dogs in your home and heart can be featured in the calendar. Photos of your animal only (do not include a person with your animal).

Once you enter, share it on social media and ask others to vote. Get the word out and get everyone to vote, vote, vote!

The 12 pet photos that receive the most votes at the conclusion of the contest will be our top 12 winners and be featured on one of twelve months of the 2022 Wadena County Humane Society Calendar. The photo with the most votes will adorn the calendar cover. We have a special spot reserved for all photos with 5 or more votes to appear somewhere in the calendar. Once the 12 winners are determined you will be contacted in order of winner 1 to 12 to select your available featured month for your pet photo. All 12 month winners will get one free calendar.

About Us
Our Mission
Wadena County Humane Society saves the lives of companion animals, finds forever homes for forsaken pets, and advocates responsible animal guardianship in our community.

Wadena County Humane Society was founded in 1997 through the efforts of dedicated local volunteers. We accept owner surrenders, strays, and animals at risk for euthanasia at other crowded shelters when we have space. We provide medical care and behavioral support to abandoned pets. All adoptions include the pets spay/neuter, microchip, and up to date on shots based on age.

WCHS is 100 percent independently funded -with NO relationship to the Humane Society of the United States- and relies on generous donor contributions and the love and labor of volunteers. Thank you for all you give and for every animal you save.
