Jules and daughter Allie were adopted together from WCHS in 2015 at ages 10 and 11. Allie died last year, but Jules is still going strong and, in fact, she is more playful as she ages! She loves to drown her stuffed monkeys in her water dish and terrorize her "sister," Monarch.
