Bellatrix wants want every typical cat wants…to rule the world and look down upon her kingdom from the highest peaks. Found amongst the streets of Tijuana she used her wile (and extra thumbs) to make her way into the comfiest of indoor homes. She hopes to encourage others to vote for her through the promise of high cat trees, unlimited boxes, and as many Churu treats as one could possibly consume in their 9 lifetimes.
