I was 2 dirty martini’s in when I left the swan bar to find a little baby cat. When I walked into Whisker’s and Wine, I asked for a cat who is social, loves to be held like a baby, a LGBTQA+ ally, and the spirit of a dog. They immediately pointed to “Buddy” and that’s when I believed in love at first sight. He is Mr Martini— my Tini Weenie— Martín at the vet… Toni when he is naughty. He has since stolen my roommates Friendly Burger, makes me pay for cable so he can watch the Padres from his leather couch, and become an older brother to another Whisker and Wine cat, Ozzy. He is the greatest investment in my life— I feel so rich knowing I will grow old with him.
