This is Harper my 2 year old baby girl. Harper likes to eat and sleep, over and over like it’s Ground Hog’s Day! If elected as Mayor, I’m hoping she will add some tasks to her day. She’s very sweet and I am counting on her getting votes to get her moving a bit! HARPER FOR MAYOR!!
