Tom hails from Anaheim, CA. When his owners met him he had laid claim to the real estate at the top of the Whiskers & Wine cat stairs. Since then, has won over dozens of house guests with his voluptuous cheeks and sad eyes. If elected, Tom would increase investment in cat infrastructure and build additional housing so every cat can have their own slice of the stairs.
