Originally from Bahrain, Eugene overcame the odds to find a loving forever home, and now, he's running for Cat Mayor of Whiskers and Wine to make sure every cat gets the same second chance he did.

Fluffy, fearless, and fiercely dedicated to feline welfare, Eugene brings international experience, an inclusive paw-spective, and a whole lot of head tilts to the campaign trail.
