Hi, I’m Penny! Your kind, energetic 3-year-old mayoral candidate. If elected I will roll over so you can see my belly. I chirp and ekekek a lot at birds so I’d be perfect for a podium. To prepare for public appearances I will let my brother groom me without kicking him in the face. As a young mayor I don’t know what COVID is and my mom thinks that’s neat. I will ban hair dryers and anything that changes my human’s shape like big coats because they’re scary. I will assemble a task force to address why cat grass tastes so good even though it makes you puke. I will also share the afternoon sun spot with you. I am running in honor of my big brother Ernie who was the sheriff of Hillcrest for many years before he passed in April. Vote Penny!
