Submit a photo that best represents your motivation for being a volunteer pilot.
Include a brief story or description (150 words or less) along with each photo that tells why you participate as a volunteer pilot.
If submitting photos of passengers, please check with your organization to ensure the passenger has signed a photo release.
Be sure your photo is focused and of good quality. Generally the larger the JPG file size, the better the quality. Landscape oriented photos work best for the calendar.
All entries are voted on by the public. Voters can purchase one vote credit for every $1 donated to support ACA. Voters must purchase a minimum of 5 vote credits for a $5 donation.
A panel of judges selected by the Air Care Alliance will select 8 photos from the top 10 vote getters as well as 4 photos chosen from all entries to be printed in a 2023 calendar.
Volunteer Pilot Organizations represented do not need to be ACA members, but they do need to operate in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to the conduct of nonprofit charitable organizations and Federal Aviation Regulations as they relate to fuel expense reimbursement and payment of pilot expenses to be eligible for inclusion in the calendar or other promotional efforts.
