WECHS 2022 Pet Calendar Contest

Welcome to the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society's 2022 Pet Calendar Photo Contest, sponsored by Ren’s Pets

At the end of the contest the top 13 entries with the highest number of total votes will win a place for their pet in our 2022 Pet Calendars (on sale November 2021). All 13 winners will have a professional photo of their pet taken that will be featured in the 2022 calendar and will also receive a $50 Ren’s Pets gift card!

Share with your friends! For every dollar donated on your pet's specific page, a vote is counted in their favour. $20 donation = 20 votes for your pet!

Please note that tax receipts are only available for donations over $20. Entries fees are not eligible for tax receipts, and full name, address, and phone number must be provided at time of donation to receive a tax receipt.

About Us

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society is a safe refuge offering rescue and relief for animals in need – providing compassionate care, treatment, and rehabilitation. By reuniting lost animals with their families, adopting animals into forever homes, and providing assistance with spay/neuter we offer them a second chance at life. We are leaders in the community working with others to eliminate all forms of animal suffering caused by overpopulation, neglect, ignorance, and abuse.

We look forward to the day when Windsor and Essex County is a community that values and respects all animals, and cares for them responsibly. Until then, we will use our position of leadership on animal welfare to help work towards that day. We will be the voice for animals in our community – speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.
