Animal's Story or Bio
Baxter (then named Mayday by WECHS) was picked up as a stray and brought to the Humane Society. He was very thin, his fur was very patchy and long and he suffered major anxiety but the minute I met him, I knew he was the right companion for me. Perhaps we could both learn to trust and ease the anxiety we both experienced? Almost two years later, Baxter has put on healthy weight, gets regular grooming and has very little anxiety. He sits, does tricks, loves the outdoors and every human he meets. He may be the rescue, but he rescued me ❤️
