WBHR is having a fundraiser, via a photo contest, where the winner will be featured on the cover of our 2022 calendar.

We are running a 60-day period where people can nominate a dog for the cover of our 2022 calendar. There is a $5 donation for each photo entered in the contest. Feel free to put your dog in a costume, feature a birthday celebration, whatever you want. See the list of categories available:

• Basset Hounds - Nature Settings (outdoors)
• Basset Hounds - Family (with family members, other dogs, etc.)
• Basset Hounds - Active (at play, running/jumping, etc.)
• Basset Hounds - Portrait/Costume
• Bloodhounds
• Other Dog Breeds

Photos should be in jpeg format. No limit to the number of entries. Any printed photos mailed to us need to be sent to WBHR, PO Box 2131, Cody, WY and received before the entry deadline of March 31.

Once the 60-day entry period is over, the voting will begin. Share the contest with your family and friends to vote for your dog's picture! People will be able to see all the entries and a $1 donation is required per vote. The deadline for voting is June 12.

Prizes will be awarded for the Grand Prize winner, 2^nd place and 3^rd place. Additional prizes will be awarded for the top finisher in each category and awards to the 2^nd and 3^rd place finishers in each category as well. All entries with 5 or more votes will be included in the 2022 calendar. See the list of prizes below for more details.

We will announce the winners at our annual Basset Lover's Picnic on Saturday, June 19, and who will appear on the cover of our WBHR 2022 calendar. Any winners not in attendance at the picnic will be notified ASAP.

• Your pet's photo will be on the cover of our 2022 calendar.
• Painted Portrait, 16" X 20", donated by Geoff & Kristie Worden, of submitted photo.

• 12½" X 18" photo yard flag of submitted photo.

• Photo coffee mug with submitted photo.

• Merchandise Prizes for 1^st place in each category.
• Certificates for 2^nd place and 3^rd place in all categories.
• All entries with 5 or more votes will be included in the calendar, whether on an individual page or in a collage' section.
