• The 11 pets who the receive the most votes will each be professionally photographed and featured on their own month of the official 2023 Young-Williams Animal Center Calendar.
• The 11 winners will each receive one free copy of the finished calendar and discounts on additional calendar orders.
• Each entry that receives at least five votes will be included in a photo collage on the last pages of the calendar.

Rules

Make sure your dog gets theirs. Buy a special day for your pet to mark a birthday, Gotcha Day, or any other event. We'll put your pet’s photo on the date in the calendar. Limited to one reserved day per month on a first-come, first-served basis.

Every day, animals arrive at Young-Williams Animal Center in search of safety, shelter, care and love. As the open-intake shelter for both Knox County and the city of Knoxville, we care for more than 10,000 animals each year. Pets arrive lost, injured, abandoned and vulnerable. Here, thanks to your donations, they receive the highest quality care while we search to find them loving homes.

Last year, we found adoptive families for more pets and reunited more lost pets than ever before. You will likely see some of the 6,000+ pets that were adopted last year in this contest! The impact your votes and entries have doesn’t stop there. Through our Pet Resource Center, thousands of families received support to keep their pets in their home. Last year, we provided over 18 TONS of free pet food to low-income pet owners struggling to meet their pet’s basic needs.
