Starting August 15, 2017, participants will be able to upload a digital photo of the pet and share a brief story (limit 25 words) about their pet. Voters will be casting ballots for not only the pet's photo but also their story, so tell us what makes your pet special.
- There is a minimum $10 donation required for each photo submitted.
- Each votes require a $1 donation.

Just want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your pet. Your pet's photo & pet's name will appear on the date of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo, choose the day, donate! Once a date has been reserve, it will no longer be available. Each day is $10.

Grand Prize
- The pet that receives the most votes overall will be featured on the cover of the 2018 calendar.
- Winner will receive 3 days/2 nights accommodations at a Panama City Beach resort. (Certain black-out dates will apply). The winner will also receive any additional gifts that apply as listed below.
Top 12
The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entries that get the most votes. The top 12 winners will be featured on one month each of the calendar and receive 1 copy of 2018 calendar.

The Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society Board members and volunteers are working to raise funds towards construction of a new and improved building. Conditions at the current shelter building have become less than desirable as well as the limited space to house the demands of the animals that come in from the city of Bainbridge and Decatur county.
A new and larger building will give the animals a better environment while they are at the shelter and will add space to accommodate more pets. The plans also include an area for educational activities, a "get aquainted area" for potential owners of the adopted pet and more space for the animals to enjoy free time outdoors.
