Peeky was picked up wandering the streets of San Leandro and was brought to the shelter in Dublin. When I saw him, he had JUST arrived. There was no option to hold him or play with him. I could only view him in his cage from a distance and make a decision. I was told to come back the next day because there would be a lottery, as there was SO much interest in him. The full story is available upon request... and it's a doozy! The next day, he had his necessary shots and came home with me. He is the perfect dog, except for the occasionally dog toy destruction!
