Blackhawk Women's Scholarship Fund
We empower women of Contra Costa County by awarding scholarships for Higher Education. This is made possible by you, our community, through your donations. Your monetary support helps women with limited resources realize their dreams of a college education. These women are incredibly bright, unbelievably talented, and extremely grateful for the assistance.
Our recipients attend four year colleges and universities including the following: UC-Berkeley, UC-Davis, Sacramento State, Creighton, and Santa Clara.
We have awarded over $350,000 in scholarships since 2001 and have helped over 90 recipients pursue a variety of degrees, including the following:
- Nursing
- Cybersecurity
- Engineering
- Social Work
- Pre-Law
- Robotics
